Cancellations or exchanges of product are accepted only within 30 minutes of placing an order. Occasionally, we may accept a cancellation or exchange request if the order has not yet shipped. Such acceptance is a our discretion, and we urge you to contact us by email as soon as possible if you wish to make a change to any order. Cancellations and exchanges are not accepted once the product has left our facilities.
